HDFC Mutual Fund offloads 2.4% stake in TV Today Network; Wealth Guardian picks up shares

HDFC Mutual Fund has sold a 2.4 percent stake in TV Today Network, according to bulk deal data. Part of the shares were acquired by Wealth Guardian, which picked up a 0.6 percent stake in the media company.

The transaction led to heightened trading activity in the stock during the session. TV Today Network, which operates news channels such as Aaj Tak and India Today, has seen increased investor interest amid expectations of improved advertising demand and digital growth.
